Reservations
You’re just a click away from getting the ball rolling. Submit this form to request your desired date and time. We’ll give you a call to discuss availability, finalize the details and accept your deposit to confirm your reservation. Reservations must be made prior to the desired date. Bookings are based on availability. A Paragon team member will respond within 48 hours using contact information provided. A deposit will be required at time of reservation. Cancellation must be made a minimum 48-hours prior to date reserved. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of deposit. Reservations made within 48 hours of date reserved are nonrefundable.
POLICIES
DEPOSITS/REFUNDS
- All deposits are nonrefundable.
- Deposit can be made with a debit card/credit card only and is required at the time of reservation confirmation.
- Required amount of deposit will vary based on date and time of event and additional details.
- Deposit only guarantees the utilization of the space.
- Payment for food and beverage purchases made during the event will be due at time of event termination. There will be a 20% gratuity added to all food and beverage purchases.
- Paragon Casino Resort takes no responsibility for, or reliability thereof, the signal being transmitted to the property. Therefore, there will be no refunds or partial refunds offered due to the interruption of the signal caused by weather or service provider technical issues not directly controlled by the venue.
- In the event the league sponsoring the event (NBA®, MLB®, NHL®, NFL®, etc.) cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
- Please allow 7-10 days for refunds to appear on either your bank statement or credit card.
SERVICES OFFERED/POST-EVENT WALKTHROUGH
- At time of arrival there will be menus available for guests to order either from the standard menu or a party menu with party-sized portions to accommodate larger groups.
- A dedicated server will be provided to accommodate and execute the needs of the group for the duration of the reservation/event.
- No one under the age of 21 is permitted to be within the venue at any time.
- Upon execution of this agreement, if bottle service is requested, area liquor menu will be provided. Liquor selection for bottle service shall be made at time of reservation to ensure the specified liquor is available at the time of your event. If a selection is not made at the time of the reservation, there will be a list of liquor available for bottle service upon arrival. Once bottle has been delivered to the viewing area, it is not permitted for any member in attendance to offer alcohol from bottle(s) to any one not in the immediate reserved group. Anyone offering or pouring alcohol to a guest not in the immediate group will be escorted off premises.
- Paragon Casino Resort reserves the right to terminate bottle service and remove bottle should those in attendance become intoxicated, loud, abrasive, abusive, or use foul language or any racial slurs/demeaning phrases that can be heard or seen by other dining patrons. Paragon has the right to cut off any further alcohol service to group and dismiss group from premises at casino’s sole discretion. This action will not warrant any refund, nor does it waive any amounts owed.
- No unused portion of the bottle(s) are to be taken from the restaurant. State law strictly prohibits open bottles of liquor to leave a licensed premises.
- Upon completion of event, venue management and individual responsible for the reservation will inspect the suite. Damage to any part of the suite or its furnishings will be evaluated. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the person responsible for the reservation.
- Paragon Casino Resort maintains the right to refuse service to any guest at the sole discretion of Casino Management.
